Sunny Steel offer the seamless steel pipes used for project service include coneying water, pertroleum, gas and other common fluides.

Seamless steel pipe are ubiquitous and can be found underground and within residential walls, laboratories, and commercial and industrial structures. Seamless steel pipe transport fluids including water, natural gas, waste and air. Three manufacturing methods exist to produce steel pipes. Seamless steel pipes are produced using an extrusion mold.

API SPEC 5L is a international standard specifies requirements for the manufacture of two product specification levels (PSL 1 and PSL 2) of seamless and welded steel pipes for use in pipeline transportation systems in the petroleum and natural gas industries.

UOE:

available from 16in. up to 64in. OD (world’s largest)
UOE line pipe can be supplied as high strength line pipe up to Grade X80, and high toughness line pipe for low-temperature services and corrosive gas or crude oil service.

HFW:

available up to 26in. OD, with wall thickness up to 1in. (world’s largest)
HFW line pipe can be supplied as high strength API grade line pipe up to 5L X80, and high grade line pipe for sour gas service and offshore service.

SMLS:

available up to 16-3/4in. OD
SMLS line pipe can be supplied with corrosion resistant alloy pipe (weldable12% Cr Line Pipe) and high strength API grade line pipe up to 5L X80 for crude oil, gas, water and slurry service.

Application: gas, water and oil transportation in both oil and natural gas .

Packing: Bare/bundles/crates/crate protection at the both sides of tubes or as per customers’ requirements .

Our quenching and tempering process yields high-strength steels with superior microstructure properties-ideal for line pipe. Our line pipe grades are used in some of the most demanding field environments, including northern Germany and the north slope of Alaska. Pipe destined for use in these extreme environments is tested to perform at extremely cold temperatures- as low as minus 60 degrees Fahrenheit. We offer pipe in API grades B through X80.

Sunny Steel Products ERW standard and line pipe comes in sizes ranging from 2 3/8 to 20inch outside diameter.
